Lavender signed a multi-year deal with the Indiana Fever in 2021. She was drafted fifth overall by the Los Angeles Sparks in the 2011 WNBA Draft, with whom she won the 2016 WNBA Championship. She is a 2015 WNBA All-Star and 2016 WNBA Sixth Woman of the year. Lavender has also played overseas in Turkey, Poland and Italy. She is a two-time Polish National League Champion (2014, 2015), Italian League Champion (2013) and Turkish National League Champion (2016).
