Hawkins was drafted sixth overall in the 2013 WNBA Draft by the Seattle Storm. She helped the Washington Mystics to a WNBA Championship in 2019 and signed a two-year contract with the Atlanta Dream in February 2021. Hawkins has also played in Korea, China and Hungary.
