McGee-Stafford was drafted 10th overall by the Chicago Sky in 2016. She was named to the 2016 WNBA All-Rookie Team. She has also played for the Atlanta Dream and Dallas Wings. She has played internationally in China, Israel, Turkey, Lebanon and Australia.
