Personal: McMahon comes from a family of dedicated lacrosse players. Both of her parents played lacrosse at William & Mary, and all four of her sisters played college lacrosse. Her older sister, Gabby, was an All-Conference performer at USC from 2014-17. Her younger sister, Daniella, played lacrosse at Stanford, and her younger sister, Michaela, played lacrosse at USC. Her youngest sister, Sophia, competes for the Stanford women's lacrosse team. McMahon credits former USC assistant strength and conditioning coach Danny van Dijk as someone who has made a difference in her life. If she wasn't playing lacrosse, she would choose to be a professional golfer. McMahon played baseball, soccer, tennis, and basketball along with lacrosse as a child. She enjoys playing golf and is passionate about nature documentaries and good music. She chose to wear the number 2 because she has worn a jersey number with at least one digit having that number throughout her entire career.
