Biography
Personal: Madi Kingdon Rishel graduated from Arizona after studying sports management and marketing. She has a cat named Stuart. Madi Kingdon Rishel notes club coach Terri Spann as someone who has made a difference in her life. Her hobbies include crafting, doing her own nails, hiking, rollerblading, and biking. Madi Kingdon Rishel was named Gatorade Arizona Player of the Year and Arizona Republic Player of the Year as a senior in high school.
2024 Season: Madi Kingdon Rishel completed her first Athletes Unlimited Pro Volleyball season with 3,400 leaderboard points, finishing in third place. She was an All-Position Team selection who ranked second in the circuit with 1,880 stat points, which is the sixth-highest single-season total in league history. Madi Kingdon Rishel ranked second in the league with 460 MVP points after receiving 10 Match MVP selections. She served as team captain in Week Five and appeared in 46 sets over 15 matches. Madi Kingdon Rishel led the league with 242 kills while ranking ninth in the league with 131 digs. She posted 10 or more kills in 14 of 15 contests, including nine efforts with 15 or more kills.
