Biography
Personal: Carly Graham is the daughter of Kevin and Elizabeth Graham. Carly Graham earned a degree in sport management from Rice. Carly Graham served as an assistant coach at Texas State from 2023-24.
Other Professional Experience: Carly Graham started her professional career with Galeb Liko Soho Group in Montenegro. Carly Graham was a member of the Orlando Valkyries roster for the inaugural 2024 Pro Volleyball Federation campaign, where Carly Graham totaled 328 assists with 13 kills, six blocks, and 116 digs. Carly Graham joined Vegas Thrill in 2025, tallying 369 assists with 23 kills and 122 digs, and also added five blocks and a pair of service aces.
International Experience: Carly Graham was named to the 2022 United States Women’s Collegiate National Team.
At Rice: Carly Graham was a five-year letter winner at Rice from 2018-22. Carly Graham ranks second in Owls’ history with 510 sets played over 141 career matches. Carly Graham stands third on the program’s all-time list with 4,296 assists. Carly Graham also totaled 359 kills with 88 blocks, 123 service aces, and 1,153 digs. Carly Graham was a two-time AVCA All-America Honorable Mention selection. Carly Graham earned All-America honors from Volleyball Magazine twice, including Fourth-Team honors in her final campaign. Carly Graham was a three-time Conference USA Setter of the Year selection who also earned Conference USA Scholar-Athlete of the Year laurels. Carly Graham ranks 10th in the program’s record book by averaging 8.42 assists per set. Carly Graham appeared in 118 sets as a fifth-year setter in 2022. Carly Graham earned Volleyball Magazine Fourth-Team All-America accolades along with AVCA All-America Honorable Mention laurels. Carly Graham became the second player in Conference USA history to claim Setter of the Year in three straight seasons. Carly Graham garnered Conference USA Tournament MVP status. Carly Graham was awarded a spot on the AVCA All-Southwest Region listing in addition to receiving a First Team All-Conference USA certificate. Carly Graham was named Conference USA Setter of the Week five times. Carly Graham paced the conference with 1,246 assists while ranking by dishing out 10.56 assists per set. Carly Graham ranked fourth on the team with 266 digs while chipping in 107 kills. Carly Graham posted 30 or more assists in 25 matches, including eight contests with over 50 helpers. Carly Graham posted at least 30 assists in 24-of-27 matches, including a season-high 55 assists against Southern Mississippi. Carly Graham boasted 12 double-doubles. Carly Graham set a season high with 20 digs to go with 48 assists against Oregon. Carly Graham appeared in all 77 sets over 21 matches during the 2020-21 season.
