Hilley, Nuneviller put on record-setting performances in Week 9 of PVF
It was a double dub week for the Omaha Supernovas as they picked up wins against the Grand Rapid Rise and Vegas Thrill in Week 9 of the Pro Volleyball Federation.
At the helm of the offense in both victories was setter Sydney Hilley who not only had her best personal performances of the season but was recognized by the league as the Player of the Week.
Hilley broke the franchise record for assists with 51 assists in four sets against the Rise.

Her dominance continued into the team’s match against the Vegas Thrill on Saturday. Hilley dished 35 assists and tied a team-high 11 digs. The Supernovas swept the Thrill in three sets.
Brooke Nuneviller’s connection with Hilley heated up in both matches; Nuneviller established a new franchise record for most kills (24) and digs (22) in a single match against the Rise. She had only 3 errors on 63 attack attempts. Nuneviller also led the teams with 11 kills in their win over the Thrill.
