Personal: Grew up playing softball with her twin sister, Tatum, who will be a facilitator for the 2022 AUX and Softball Championship seasons … played together at Nebraska in addition to three seasons in NPF with the Pennsylvania Rebellion and Chicago Bandits … younger sister, Tristen, also played softball at Nebraska … majored in sociology at Nebraska … hobbies include fishing, being outdoors and spending time with her family … also considers herself a huge animal lover … dream job is to be a professional angler or live off the land.
2022 Championship Season: Member of 2022 Athletes Unlimited Softball All-Defensive Team who tallied 924 leaderboard points, including 254 stat points … started all 15 games and finished with .277 batting average … also tallied two home runs with 13 runs batted in … posted a home run in back-to-back games to end Week Two … posted three multi-hit performances … hit safely in six consecutive games from Aug. 6-19 … went 2-for-4 with a home run and four runs batted in against Team Jaquish on Aug. 6 … closed Week Two with two hits and three RBI against Team Mulipola … posted a double and three runs batted in against Team Chidester on Aug. 13 … ended Week Three with a pair of hits against Team Mulipola.
2022 AUX Season: Finished 14th in the league standings with 1,042 leaderboard points … starter in all 12 games who hit .244 with 10 hits, including four extra-base hits … tied for the league lead with three home runs while driving in six runs … closed season with five-game hitting streak, including two-hit performance against Team O’Toole on June 23 … hit three-run home run with two outs in the seventh inning against Team Ocasio on June 13.
2021 Championship Season: Earned 764 leaderboard points in her second Athletes Unlimited season … hit .194 with seven hits in 36 at-bats over 13 games, including 12 starts … tied for ninth in the league with three doubles.
2020 Championship Season: Accumulated 1,150 points during inaugural season to finish in 26th place on the leaderboard … batted .295 with 13 hits in 44 at-bats while starting all 15 games … tied for fifth in the league with three doubles … drew six walks to finish tied for sixth among all players … one of 11 players to register a sacrifice fly.
International Experience: Helped Team USA win gold medals at the WBSC World Championship and USA Softball International Cup events in 2018 … hit .286 with a home run and five runs batted in during USA Softball International Cup … also served as a replacement player for Team USA during 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Other Professional Experience: No. 8 overall selection in 2014 NPF Draft by the Pennsylvania Rebellion … played four NPF seasons, tallying 27 home runs and 110 runs batted in during 170 games … hit .241 with three home runs and 13 runs batted in over 32 games during rookie season … spent next two years with the Chicago Bandits and appeared in 90 games … enjoyed best NPF season in 2016 after accumulating 10 home runs and 34 RBI in 43 games while hitting .353 … closed NPF career in 2017 with the Scrap Yard Dawgs and authored a .243 batting average with five home runs and 34 runs batted in over career-best 48 games … played two seasons for Scrap Yard Fastpitch, an independent team in Conroe, Texas … member of “This Is Us Softball” team in summer of 2020 … spent two seasons overseas in the Japanese Professional League with Team Denso-Bright Pegasus.
At Nebraska: Four-year starter for the Huskers from 2011-14 who finished her career with 17 Nebraska records … also held a pair of NCAA marks at the end of her career … boasted .327 career batting average with 54 home runs and 202 runs batted in … hit over .300 in three of her four seasons, including .356 mark as a freshman in 2011 … also fashioned .987 career fielding percentage … first catcher in program history to earn NFCA All-America honors … received Third-Team All-America distinction as a freshman in 2011 before elevating to First-Team All-America during her senior season … honored as Diamond Sports/NFCA Division I Catcher of the Year in 2014, becoming the first Nebraska player to win the award … two-time First-Team All-Big Ten honoree … closed her career as the school’s all-time leader in home runs (54), grand slams (4), walks (150) and times being hit by a pitch (39) … also held three single-season school records and four single-game marks … finished second in program history in runs batted in (202) while her 177 runs scored and 423 total bases stand third on the Huskers’ career annals … set NCAA record by hitting a home run in six consecutive games from Feb. 13-20, 2011 … also blasted two grand slams in the same game during the 2013 season to establish national single-game mark … joined Ali Viola as the only players in Nebraska history to register more than 150 career hits, runs scored and runs batted in … only Husker to record multiple seasons with 15 or more home runs … joined twin sister, Tatum, as the third and fourth players in program history to post three seasons with 10 or more home runs … one of two players in program history with 40 career doubles and 40 career home runs … member of 2013 Women’s College World Series All-Tournament Team … finalist for 2011 USA Softball Player of the Year award.
