Personal: Graduated from Washington in 2020 and returned to pursue a Master’s degree in Education … first name is Nicole … earned nickname Sis when she grew up playing wiffle ball in her neighborhood with her older brother and his friends.
2022 Championship Season: Compiled 1,024 leaderboard points during second Athletes Unlimited Softball Championship Season … starter in 14 games who fashioned .238 batting average with 10 hits, including a triple … also drove in two runs while scoring six runs … posted back-to-back two-hit performances against Team Eberle and Team Harshman to close Week Two … hit safely in four of final seven games.
2022 AUX Season: Inaugural GEICO AUX Softball Defensive MVP who accrued 658 leaderboard points … starter in all 12 games who batted .220 with nine hits, including a double … also drove in five runs … registered league-high nine assists at shortstop against Team O’Toole on June 25 … closed season with four-game hitting streak, including two-hit performance against Team O’Toole on June 23 … also tallied two hits against Team Eberle on June 14 with a double and two runs batted in … earned No. 7 spot on SportsCenter’s Top 10 Plays on June 18 against Team Fischer.
2021 Championship Season: Ninth in the league with 1,468 leaderboard points … tied with Kelsey Stewart for second in Athletes Unlimited with 1,190 win points … starter in all 15 games who hit .326 … registered 14 hits, including six for extra bases … tied for league lead with five doubles … one of eight players to hit a triple … also stole a base … one of 12 players selected in Athletes Unlimited Softball College Draft.
International Experience: Won Gold medal with Team USA in 2017 WBSC Junior Women’s World Championship after hitting .444 (12-for-27) with 12 runs scored and seven runs batted in … also participated in World Cup of Softball XII and finished with .350 batting average while driving in nine runs.
At Washington: Five-year letter winner for the Huskies who started all 261 career games from 2017-21 … fashioned .385 career batting average with nine home runs and 145 runs batted in … closed career as Washington’s all-time leader with 320 hits … three-time Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year recipient … earned NFCA All-America honors three times, including First-Team recognition as a sophomore and junior … also received All-Pac-12 First Team notice as a sophomore, junior and graduate student … named 2019 Seattle Female Sports Star of the Year … one of seven unanimous All-America selections during the 2019 campaign who was a finalist for USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year award … one of six players in program history to record 200 or more hits over first three seasons.
