After a winless Week One with the Rhythm and -30 in the Stat Points column, Shey Peddy found herself near the bottom of the Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball leaderboard. That setback had no bearing on her ability to leap into a captain’s seat for Week Two.

Peddy made a complete statistical turnaround, jumping 35 places and capturing the third-most leaderboard points of all players in Week Two with three double-figure scoring performances. But it wasn’t just the number of points scored—it was her rate of efficiency that gave her a boost in the standings. While her highest field goal percentage in Week One came at 25% in an 11-point outing, she recorded 71.4%, 50%, and 57.7% shooting nights in Week Two for the Eclipse.

She also collected 16 assists and 14 rebounds throughout the week, jumping to third overall in the league in assists. She crept into the top three-point percentage ranks, now sitting fourth overall in the league after draining 10 shots from beyond the arc in Week Two. Along the way, she picked up 150 MVP votes, second only to Odyssey Sims in that category.

That ground-covering performance put Peddy back in the Eclipse jersey for Week Three, but this time as a captain, where she’ll have even more power over her fate in the competition.

Dorie Harrison +25

Dorie Harrison made an impact on the undefeated Week Two Glow squad, and her contributions and the team’s success were enough to move her up 25 places on the leaderboard into 13th overall for Week Two. Harrison matched her season high of 17 minutes in Wednesday’s matchup against the Rhythm, where she also put up a season-high nine points on 57.1% shooting.

Harrison ended Week Two with 113 total Stat Points and an elevated leaderboard position that will set her up for a potential push into the top 10 in Week Three.

Aaliyah Nye +23

Aaliyah Nye broke into the top 10 in Week Two thanks in part to a stellar shooting performance to close the week and a campaign with the Eclipse that gave her a 23-place boost in the league standings. On Saturday, she scored a season-high 19 points while logging a season-high 36 minutes. Nye went 6-of-9 from the floor for a season-best 66.7% shooting percentage and was 2-of-4 from the three-point line.

Nye also dished out five assists in the contest, helping the Eclipse defeat the Rhythm 97-91. Though her team didn’t capture the most Win Points in Week Two, her 316 Stat Points were a key difference maker in her success, along with 60 extra points from the MVP honors she earned Saturday night.

Odyssey Sims +17

Throughout her time in AU Pro Basketball, Odyssey Sims has become a permanent fixture at the top of the leaderboard, and two weeks were all the time she needed to claim the very top spot in Week Two. Sims leapt 17 spots with the Glow, claiming league-high numbers with 210 MVP Points and 676 Stat Points.

Sims kicked off the week with a season-high 31 points—breaking the 30-point threshold for the 11th time in her AU career—while shooting 73.3% from the field. The veteran guard currently ranks first in the league in points per game (22.5) and second in assists per game (4.5), and will now look to carry that success into Week Three as captain of the Gold Rush.
