The Athletes Unlimited Pro Volleyball Championship is adding a mix of international experience, collegiate accolades, and championship pedigree with the signings of Isabella Bergmark, Carly Graham, Jaali Winters, Taylor Sandbothe, and Maddie Haynes for the upcoming fall competition.

Isabella Bergmark

Two-time NCAA champion Isabella “Bella” Bergmark is set to make her Athletes Unlimited debut after stints in Puerto Rico and France. The middle blocker helped Texas secure back-to-back national titles in 2022 and 2023, closing her career as a Third-Team Academic All-American and one of the most efficient hitters in the Pac-12 during her early years at California. Bergmark turned professional in 2024 with Pinkin de Corozal before moving to Vandoeuvre Nancy Volley-Ball, finishing fourth in France’s Power 6 league last season. The Larkspur, Calif., native will add power and championship experience to the AU lineup before heading to LOVB Austin in 2026.

Carly Graham

Carly Graham brings a decorated resume as a setter, highlighted by three Conference USA Setter of the Year awards at Rice and recognition as CUSA Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Since graduating in 2022, she has played in Montenegro and the PVF with the Orlando Valkyries and Vegas Thrill. Graham recorded 369 assists over 77 sets during the 2025 season, second on her squad only to veteran Alisha Glass Childress. Her blend of court vision and leadership makes her a strong addition to the AU setting roster.

Jaali Winters

Jaali Winters arrives with one of the most decorated careers in Creighton history. A four-time All-American, she left Omaha holding nearly 100 school records and was twice named Big East Championship MVP. Winters has spent the past six seasons in Spain, Greece, and France, helping Olympiacos reach the CEV Cup quarterfinals and guiding RC Cannes and Mulhouse Alsace to podium finishes in the French Cup and league play. She made her U.S. National Team debut at the 2024 Pan American Cup, where she helped secure a silver medal. The Ankeny, Iowa, product brings international polish and proven scoring ability to AU.

Taylor Sandbothe

Veteran middle blocker Taylor Sandbothe joins after an extensive 11-year professional career that has spanned five continents. A three-time All-American at Ohio State and 2023 inductee into the school’s Athletics Hall of Fame, Sandbothe has lifted seven professional trophies, including the 2023-24 Portuguese championship with FC Porto. She was named the 2020-21 Puerto Rico League MVP with Criollas de Caguas and won titles in Thailand with Supreme Chonburi-E.Tech. Most recently, Sandbothe anchored LOVB Madison in its inaugural 2025 season, ranking second in the league with 0.36 aces per set. Sandbothe returns to AU after previously competing in the 2021 and 2022 seasons, during which she appeared in 29 matches and averaged 0.59 blocks per set. Following the AU Pro Volleyball Championship, she will suit up with the San Diego Mojo in 2026.

Maddie Haynes

California native Maddie Haynes has carved out a successful career in Switzerland, leading Viteos NUC to consecutive Swiss Cup, League, and SuperCup titles while earning Best Spiker honors at the 2023 Swiss Cup. She also played professionally in Germany and reached the 2024 CEV Cup final. At Cal Berkeley, Haynes was an All-Pac-12 performer and previously represented the United States at the U18 NORCECA Championship. Her international success and offensive firepower will be an asset on the AU outside hitter line.

Looking Ahead

With five new signings across multiple positions, Athletes Unlimited continues to raise the competitive bar, adding a unique mix of experience from NCAA championships to international medals, ensuring that this year’s roster will showcase some of the most versatile and battle-tested talent in professional volleyball.
