AU Pro Volleyball Season 4 Draft Results: Meet the Week 4 Teams

Opposite Brittany Abercrombie returns as a captain for a third-straight week to guide the Gold team for the second stanza in a row. Abercrombie led the league with 839 leaderboard points in Week Three and sits atop the standings with 2,914 points. The USC product boasts a 6-0 captain’s record this season and is also the only remaining player in the league who has yet to lose a match. She enters Week Four with a league-high 380 MVP points and 138 kills.

For the 14th time, outside hitter Bethania De La Cruz-Mejía will serve as an AU Pro Volleyball team captain and will lead the Orange squad in Week Four. The 2022 AU Pro Volleyball champion is second on the leaderboard with 2,709 points through the league’s first 18 matches of the season. De La Cruz-Mejía is 7-2 as a captain in the 2024 campaign with her only losses coming to Team Abercrombie.

Returning to the captain’s chair in Week Four is libero Morgan Hentz who authored a season-high 318 points in the Week Three finale to give her 2,021 points on the year and vaulted four spots into third place. The Stanford product will guide the Blue squad for a second time this season after serving as a team leader in Week One. She enters Week Four with a league-high 149 digs, including 50 digs in Week Three. This is Hentz’s sixth term as a team leader and holds an 8-7 captain’s record.

Outside hitter Leketor Member-Meneh, who led the Blue side and went 1-2 in her captain’s debut, returns to pilot the Purple team in Week Four. Member-Meneh sits fourth on the leaderboard with 1,996 points after posting 29 kills with 24 digs and three solo blocks this past week.
