Biography
Personal: Bella Bergmark is the daughter of Eric Cook and Heidi Bergmark. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science with an emphasis in physiology and metabolism at California. Bella Bergmark received a certificate in strategic communication from Texas. She is a member of the San Francisco Fire Department.
Other Professional Experience: Bella Bergmark played one season for Pinkin de Corozal in Puerto Rico in addition to a year with Vandoeuvre Nancy Volley-Ball in the French League. She is set to play for LOVB Austin in the upcoming 2026 League One Volleyball season.
At Texas: Bella Bergmark appeared in 53 matches for Texas from 2022-23 after competing in 58 matches from 2018-21 at California. She helped the Longhorns claim back-to-back NCAA Division I titles in 2022 and 2023. Bella Bergmark saw action in 371 career sets across 118 total matches. She earned All-Cal Classic Team status with 23 kills and 15 total blocks over three matches. Bella Bergmark started all 22 matches as a redshirt sophomore in 2020-21. She led the team with a .296 hitting percentage while ranking fourth with 106 kills. Bella Bergmark tied for the team lead with 43 blocks, including a team-best eight solo rejections. She put down a season-high seven total blocks against Utah on January 29. Bella Bergmark posted 10 kills on an impressive .588 hitting percentage with a pair of blocks against Stanford on February 12. She redshirted the 2019 season with the Golden Bears. Bella Bergmark appeared in 38 sets over 15 matches as a true freshman in 2018. She collected 36 kills with 21 total blocks and eight digs.
