COVID-19 WARNING:
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Ticketmaster, FairParkTix, Eventbrite, and the Event Organizer (as defined in our Purchase Policy)—and against any companies affiliated with Ticketmaster, FairParkTix, Eventbrite, or the Event Organizer and affiliates—relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.

All children ages 4 and up will be required to have a ticket. At this time, we do not have special children’s rates.
Our goal is to make our players, games, and experience as accessible as possible. To ensure the widest access, we offer tickets at all of our price points. At this time, we do not have student rates.
You will be able to leave the stadium and return by going through an authorized exit where you will be either scanned out with your ticket or given a stamp on your wrist to return later that day
We want to provide the best patron experience possible. A digital or mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to manage tickets. Data shows that smartphone adoption among the sports community is on the rise. Digital ticketing provides:
- Quick and easy entry to the venue
- Instant access to all your tickets for the season
- The ability to manage tickets at any time
- Drastically reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
- The ability to skip the printer and save paper
To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend accessing your tickets and adding them to your phone’s digital wallet app before arriving at the stadium. We recommend adding only your next game to your phone, rather than adding all your season at one time.
In addition to the barcode which will be scanned at the door, your mobile ticket also has your seating information including your section, row, and seat number. Be prepared to show your mobile ticket to the usher who will direct you to your seat.
PRO TIP! Once scanned, consider taking a screenshot so you can always access your seat information regardless of your phone’s connectivity.
If you are logged into your account and still do not see your tickets, please go to the box office or contact us at [email protected] for Volleyball, [email protected] for Basketball, [email protected] for Lacrosse or [email protected] for Softball.
No, live tickets must be presented to the usher from your account or via your phone’s digital wallet app or Ticketmaster’s webpage on your phone.
If your screen brightness is too low, the QR code may have difficulty being scanned. Increase the brightness of your display to improve scanning. Only digital tickets generated from your Account or your phone’s digital wallet app will be accepted.
Yes; however, sending each attendee their individual ticket ahead of time will expedite your entry into the venue.
You can easily send each member their ticket individually so they can enter at their convenience.
Connectivity may be intermittent at the stadium; we encourage you to access your tickets in advance and add them to your phone’s digital wallet app before arriving at the stadium.
The data associated with your tickets will be saved to your phone’s app. If you have previously retrieved details for tickets to a game, added them to your phone’s app and those tickets are still valid, they can be re-displayed out of this storage without re-establishing a connection.
If for some reason you are not able to access your tickets, please visit the Box Office and our Representative will assist you, even if it means printing tickets. No worries – you’ll see the game!
Although we encourage you to charge your device before you come to the stadium, should you be low on battery please visit the Box Office and our Representative will assist you, even if it means printing tickets you may always go to the box office for assistance.

In order to maintain a safe environment for all students, employees, and campus visitors, SDSU enforces policies that regulate animals on campus. Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA), are allowed in campus buildings when they are serving an individual with a disability.
Under the revised requirements of the ADAAA, only dogs (and in some cases miniature horses) are recognized as service animals. A service dog has been specifically trained to work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. These service animals may accompany individuals with disabilities in areas where the general public may also go. Service dogs must also be leashed and the individual must have complete control over the animal.
