The Athletes Unlimited Pro Volleyball Championship won’t just feature the sport’s top talent on the court—it will also showcase its leaders. All five members of the 2025 Player Executive Committee (PEC) are officially signed to compete in the upcoming season, bringing continuity, experience, and elite-level play to this fall’s competition.

Led by returning chairperson Molly McCage, the PEC features Morgan Hentz, Dani Drews, Tori Dixon, and Alisha Childress—each of whom will take the court as both competitors and key voices shaping the league’s future.

McCage, the only athlete to serve on the PEC since AU Pro Volleyball’s inaugural 2021 season, enters her fifth year with the league. The two-time All-Position Team selection and 2023 Blocker of the Year nearly doubled her blocking output last season with 40 total blocks, showcasing continued growth as a middle blocker. She’ll look to build on her 167 sets of AU experience as one of the league’s foundational players.

Hentz and Drews are the newest additions to the PEC, but far from new faces to AU fans. Hentz, a three-time Defensive Player of the Year, returns after a record-setting 2024 campaign in which she notched 242 digs—more than any player in league history—and earned five MVP honors. Off the court, she’s been a consistent force for good, recognized as a finalist for the 2024 Civic Leadership Award for her advocacy for neurodivergent individuals.

Drews continues her high-impact play as she steps into her leadership role. The outside hitter placed sixth on the 2024 leaderboard after claiming third in 2022, maintaining career averages of 4.32 kills and 2.82 digs per set over 90 AU sets. Her international success, including multiple medals and titles across Japan and Europe, mirrors her consistency in AU.

Middle blocker Dixon returns for her third AU season after consecutive All-Position Team selections. Known for her consistency at the net and high hitting percentage, Dixon has also been a key contributor in the league’s culture and growth, making her continued PEC involvement a natural fit.

Rounding out the PEC is Childress, a four-year AU veteran setter and decorated international competitor. A bronze medalist at the 2016 Rio Olympics and Most Inspirational Player of the Year in the inaugural PVF season, she brings elite leadership and vision to the floor. In 2024, she finished third among setters with 2,426 leaderboard points and will have the chance to build upon her playmaking legacy this fall.

Together, this PEC group embodies the heart of Athletes Unlimited–athlete-driven and committed to building a better future for pro volleyball. With all five leaders competing in Season 5, fans can expect top-tier performances and continued unity on and off the court.

The 2025 AU Pro Volleyball Championship will feature 44 of the world’s top volleyball players in an exclusive, high-stakes tournament to determine the ultimate champion of the sport. These elite athletes, handpicked from the best domestic and international pro leagues, will face off in the nation’s premier volleyball hubs in Omaha, Nebraska, at the Liberty First Credit Union Arena (October 1-15) and in Madison, Wisconsin, at the Alliant Energy Center (October 22 – November 3). Series ticket deposits for both locations are now available here.
