Defensive powerhouse and international standout Natasha Mack is set to join the fifth season of Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball in Nashville this winter.

Mack’s signing comes in the midst of her best WNBA season yet. Now in her second postseason with the Phoenix Mercury, she’s helped the team to the 2025 WNBA Finals against the Las Vegas Aces. Throughout the playoffs, she is averaging 4.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game, leading Phoenix in blocks and providing a steady interior presence.

The 6-foot-4 forward was selected 16th overall in the 2021 WNBA Draft by the Chicago Sky and has created a reputation as a shot-blocking and rebounding force. After logging minutes for Chicago and Minnesota in 2021, she continued to play overseas before returning to the W last season. Across her three seasons, she has appeared in 79 total games.

Her breakout 2024 campaign came with the Mercury, where she appeared in all 40 games (11 starts) and ranked second in the league in blocks per 40 minutes (3.0). She also led all WNBA reserves in games with seven or more rebounds (7) and twice scored a career-high 10 points. In the postseason, she recorded 12 points in a First Round matchup against Minnesota for her highest scoring outing in either the regular season or playoffs until her 2025 campaign.

Mack has also made her mark internationally. As a dual citizen of the United States and Montenegro, she made her debut with the Montenegro national team at the 2023 FIBA EuroBasket, averaging 13.8 points and 11.0 rebounds. On the professional club circuit, she has played in Spain, Turkey, New Zealand, and Poland, capturing the 2023 Polish BLK title with AZS UMCS Lublin. Her accolades include All-Turkish KBSL Second Team (2024), All-Polish EBLK Forward of the Year (2022), and All-EuroCup Second Team (2022) honors.

At Oklahoma State, Mack emerged as one of the nation’s premier defenders. She averaged 18.7 points, 12.4 rebounds, and 3.9 blocks in two seasons with the Cowgirls, sweeping the WBCA and Naismith Defensive Player of the Year awards in 2021. She set school records for career blocks (208), single-season blocks (112), and single-game blocks (10).

Before OSU, she starred at Angelina College, averaging 23.0 points, 12.2 rebounds, and 5.3 blocks per game across two seasons.

With a résumé that spans the WNBA Finals, international play, and record-setting NCAA seasons, Mack is now set to bring her defensive presence to Athletes Unlimited, where her shot-blocking and rebounding skills will make her poised to climb the leaderboard.

AU Pro Basketball returns to Nashville, Tennessee, with elite talent and electrifying energy, for its fifth championship season on February 4, 2026, at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium. Group and season ticket deposits for the upcoming season are available now.
