Baylee Klingler signs for 2024 AUX season in Wichita Kansas
Athletes Unlimited Pro Softball has signed corner infielder Baylee Klingler for the 2024 AUX season in Wichita, Kansas. The competition will take place from June 10 to June 25.
Klingler enters her second year as a pro and first with AU Pro Softball. She signed with the Texas Smoke out of college and was an at-large selection to the All-WPF team in her debut season.
She has also competed for Team USA and won a gold medal at the 2023 Pan American Games where she hit .429 (6-for-14) with one triple and four RBIs. She was recently named to the Women’s National Team roster for the 2024 Japan All-Star Series.
Klingler was selected during the 2023 AU Pro Softball College Draft after a historic career at the University of Washington. She won the Pac-12 Triple Crown, becoming the first athlete to earn the honor in the conference since 1999; she led in batting average (.434), home runs (24), and RBIs (71), and was named the 2022 Player of the Year.
