AU Pro Softball Season 5 Draft Results: Meet the Week 5 Teams

Outfielder Amanda Lorenz remains the Gold team captain for a third straight week after piloting her squad to a perfect 3-0 record with two shutouts in Week Four. A captain for the fourth consecutive week, Lorenz starts the final week of the season with a 230-point advantage on the leaderboard.

Two of Lorenz’s Week Four teammates will be opposing captains in Week Five. Pitcher Georgina Corrick will be a captain for the first time in her AU Pro Softball career after surging into second place in the league standings with 1,340 points, including a league-high 526 points in Week Four.

Meanwhile, pitcher Aleshia Ocasio returns to the captain’s chair for the first time since 2022 after finishing Week Four in third place with 1,334 points. The 2021 AU Pro Softball champion ranked fourth in the league this past week with 470 leaderboard points.

Pitcher Lexi Kilfoyl rounds out the captain quartet in the final segment of the season, holding the No. 4 spot on the 61-player leaderboard with 1,292 points. Kilfoyl, who has a league-high four complete games and two shutouts, enters her fourth week as a team leader and will guide the Purple squad into the final week.
