AU Pro Basketball Season 4 Draft Results: Meet the Week 4 Teams

Forward Maddy Siegrist will begin her third consecutive week as a captain after closing Week Three as the league leader with 5,496 leaderboard points. The former Villanova standout, who tallied 2,029 leaderboard points in Week Three, has earned Game MVP honors in all nine contests this season to match the Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball record for consecutive games with an MVP award.

Siegrist, who has fashioned a 5-1 record in two weeks as a captain, has authored five straight games with 20 or more points and begins the final week of the season with a 25.7 scoring average in addition to grabbing 8.8 rebounds per contest.

Guard Odyssey Sims remains in the captain’s chair for the second week in a row, but will guide the Orange squad into the final week of the season after dropping to second place on the leaderboard with 5,133 points. The four-year AU veteran will be making her 13th career appearance as a captain, extending her league record.

Sims begins Week Four with a streak of eight consecutive games with 20 or more points after leading her squad with 28 points and nine rebounds in Sunday’s loss against Team Siegrist. She has also reached double figures in scoring in 21 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Guard Crystal Bradford will be serving as a captain for the second time in three weeks after piloting the Gold team to a 1-2 record during Week Two. The former Central Michigan product paces the league with a 12.4 rebounding average and boasts a league-best five double-doubles this season, moving her into a tie for first place with Sims on the career double-double chart with 13 double-double efforts in two seasons.

Bradford, who carries 3,900 leaderboard points into Week Four, has tallied 500 or more leaderboard points in 5-of-9 games this season, including a season-high 669 points in her season opener on February 5.

Guard Tyasha Harris also makes her second appearance as a team captain this season in Week Four. The AU newcomer led the Purple unit to a 2-1 record during Week Two. Harris, who has been ranked among the top seven players on the leaderboard during the entire season, begins the final weekly segment with 3,727 leaderboard points after ending Week Three with 593 points against Team Harrison on Sunday.

Harris has averaged 14.7 points per game over the first three weeks of the season and has three 20-point games to her credit, including a pair of 21-point outings.

Week Four begins on Thursday, Feb. 27, with two games on the WNBA App and FanDuel Sports Network. Team Bradford and Team Sims will tip off at 6 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. CT, followed by Team Siegrist and Team Harris at 8:30 p.m. ET / 7:30 p.m. CT.
