Athletes Unlimited Launches NIL Marketplace in Partnership with Influencer

In partnership with Influencer, the AU Pro Athletes Exchange provides free registered users with the ability to initiate conversations with athletes on NIL deals and endorsements.

The exchange will also allow AU athletes to engage directly with fans through personal video messages, autographs, clinics, and more. Each athlete has the autonomy to decide their offerings.

Influencer is one of the national leaders in athlete brand building, working with more than 250 collegiate and professional sports organizations. 

The launch expands AU’s continued investment in building its athletes’ brands. In February, the organization announced that it had created a new position within its marketing team focused on growing the opportunities for athletes to be compensated through NIL.

It then established The Player Network to educate and engage athletes on social media to help them maximize their social visibility and brand through their playing career and beyond.

All Player Network athletes can opt-in to the AU Pro Athletes Exchange. Participating athletes will receive 100% of the endorsement. All transactions, in addition to relevant tax documentation, are managed within the exchange for businesses and athletes.
