9 Lacrosse athletes named to USA Women’s Super Sixes Roster

Back-to-back Champion Taylor Moreno is the lone goalie on the roster. She is joined by Dempsey Arsenault, Lizzie Colson, Marge Donovan, Hannah Dorney, Amanda Johansen, Nicole Levy, Ally Mastroianni, and Courtney Taylor.

Donovan, Levy, Mastroianni, Moreno, and Taylor were also recently named to the 2024 U.S. box training team.

The team will be coached by Crysti Foote, who was a facilitator for Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse during the 2023 season.

Sixes is a fast-paced version of lacrosse played on a smaller field (70 x 36 meters), with fewer players (6 v 6), a condensed game length (four 8-minute quarters), and a 30-second shot clock.

The Super Sixes event will include the U.S., Canada, Haiti, Haudenosaunee, India, and Kenya. Team USA is scheduled to play India on Oct. 6, and the Haudenosaunee and Canada on Oct. 7. Championship play for final placements will be held on Oct. 8.
