Athletes Unlimited offers a game-changing, ambitious vision of professional sports. We operate premier, professional leagues in women’s softball, volleyball, and basketball in cities across the United States.
Through our collaborative organizational structure, the Olympians, champions, and superstars who play in our leagues have unprecedented agency to shape every aspect of the games, their careers, and the future of the sports themselves.

Hiring Process
We strive to make our interview process as transparent and straightforward as possible. Our interviews are comprised of multiple rounds, designed to give us a deeper understanding of each other. This will give you an opportunity to get to know our team, values, and culture, while we learn more about your skills and aspirations. We’re excited to see if we can build something great together!
Preliminary Video Screening
A preliminary video screening, typically with a member of our People & Culture team, will help ensure alignment. This brief conversation is intended to gauge a mutual fit across skills, experiences, and values.
Second Round
The second round is with the Hiring Manager, where you can take a deeper dive into the responsibilities of the role. This also gives you an opportunity to interact directly with your potential future manager.
Group Round
A group round will consist of teammates and close collaborators. This round helps increase your exposure to a wider group and get a feel for what it is like to work at AU.
Final Conversation
The final conversations will include 1-2 senior level leader(s). This round gives you the opportunity to connect with senior leaders at AU and gain a deeper understanding of the department and organization as a whole.
