Doors at Nashville Municipal Auditorium open 60 minutes prior to game time.

Re-Entry Details

You will be able to leave the auditorium and return by going through an authorized exit where you will be given a stamp on your wrist to return later that day.

Post-Game Autographs – New for 2026 Season

For all game days, fans will have the opportunity to secure one of our limited number of autograph vouchers, which allows access to the postgame autograph area following either Game 1 or Game 2.

How to Get an Autograph Voucher:

Visit the All About AU Hub on the concourse at Nashville Municipal Auditorium
- The All About AU Hub is located to the right of the AU Store at the front entrance
A limited number of vouchers will be distributed for autographs after Game 1 and after Game 2. Fans are not guaranteed to receive an autograph voucher and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until they are all claimed.

Important Things to Know:

One voucher per person, per night (valid for one game only)
Each person must have a voucher to enter the autograph area, including kids
Vouchers provide access to the autograph area but do not guarantee an autograph from any specific player
Limit one item per person for autographs

Sensory Room

Athletes Unlimited has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests for all events including those with sensory needs. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing disorders by supplying our Team Members with continuous training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests.

Sensory Bags: Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget tools, noise-cancelling headphones, and other resources are available.
Weighted Lap Pads: Weighted lap pads are also available upon request.

All sensory items are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our All About AU Hub.

Equipment Donation

Athletes Unlimited has partnered with Leveling the Playing Field for the 2026 Basketball season. Leveling the Playing Field (LPF) is a nonprofit that collects and redistributes new and gently used equipment to expand access and equity within youth sports and recreation programs in under-resourced communities.

By donating new or gently used sports equipment Athletes Unlimited will offer a voucher for 2 complimentary tickets for a game of your choice during the 2026 Basketball season. Vouchers are only available while supplies last.
