Teana Muldrow

Personal: Muldrow is the daughter of Wednesday Hatten and Tyrone Muldrow. She is one of five children in her family and majored in criminology at West Virginia. Muldrow enjoys traveling and shopping online. She has also worn No. 12 during her overseas playing career

2024 Season: Muldrow completed her first Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball season in 15th place after accumulating 3,809 leaderboard points. Muldrow tied for seventh in the league with 2,940 win points. She appeared in 12 games, making six starts, and averaged 8.5 points and 4.7 rebounds per game while shooting 50.0 percent from the field. She reached double figures in scoring five times, including a season-high 16 points in the Week Two finale against Team Gray. She notched her first double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds against Team Sims on March 9. Muldrow started Week Four with 11 points on 4-of-11 shooting from the field, which included a 3-of-7 effort from three-point range, against Team Sims. She opened the season with a season-high 462 leaderboard points against Team Hull after scoring 10 points with five rebounds. Muldrow also netted 10 points against Team Gray on March 22.

Other Professional Experience: Muldrow was the No. 29 overall selection by the Seattle Storm in the 2018 WNBA Draft. Muldrow appeared in four total games between Seattle and Dallas as a rookie. She spent the 2021-22 season playing for Landerneau Bretagne Basket in France before competing for Hapoel Petah Tikva in Israel during the 2022-23 campaign. She played for Panteras de Aguascalientes Femenil in Mexico in 2023. Muldrow also competed for Carolina Gigantes in Puerto Rico during both the 2021-22 and 2022-23 campaigns. She led Carolina Gigantes to the 2023 BSNF (Baloncesto Superior Nacional Femenino) crown, earning MVP honors in the championship game after scoring 34 points with 13 rebounds against Manati Osos.

At West Virginia: Muldrow was a five-year letter winner at West Virginia who played in a school-record 142 games for the Mountaineers from 2013-18. She started 88 career contests but sat out the 2013-14 season as a redshirt. She averaged 12.9 points and 6.9 rebounds per contest for her career. She is the fifth-leading scorer in West Virginia history with 1,798 career points. Muldrow stands fourth on the Mountaineers’ career list with 969 rebounds and also ranks fifth in school history with 297 career offensive caroms. She accumulated 24 career double-doubles, which is good for sixth in program annals. She scored 10 or more points in 90 career games, the sixth-highest total in West Virginia history, and also tallied 30 games with 20 or more points. She served as team captain during her senior season. Muldrow was an Honorable Mention All-America pick by the Associated Press as a senior after averaging a career-high 18.9 points and 8.6 rebounds per contest. She was a two-time All-Big 12 Conference performer who garnered First-Team status in 2017-18 and was a member of the 2017 All-Big 12 Tournament Team. She reached double figures in scoring in 33-of-37 games as a senior with a pair of 30-point performances. Muldrow was an Honorable Mention All-Big 12 selection during her junior campaign after starting 34-of-35 contests. She averaged 14.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game while shooting 48.2 percent from the field and 37.2 percent from three-point range. She registered double-figure scoring in 30-of-35 games during the 2016-17 season with nine double-doubles. Muldrow was second on the team with a .496 field goal percentage as a sophomore while producing 10.6 points and 5.9 rebounds per contest. She also led the Big 12 Conference with a .453 three-point field goal percentage. She knocked down 47 three-pointers during her redshirt freshman campaign while contributing 6.9 points per game.
