Biography
Personal: Completed her first season as the head women’s lacrosse coach at Wagner College in 2022 after serving as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Delaware … also worked on the coaching staff at Columbia from 2015-19 … spent time as a coach for the Long Island Yellow Jackets lacrosse club … one of seven children in her family … lists pasta as her favorite pregame meal … graduated from Maryland in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in hearing and speech sciences.
2022 Season: Second-year performer who started all 12 games … registered 615 leaderboard points, including season-high 105 points in season finale against Team Glynn … scored six goals with two assists … also contributed 13 ground balls and seven caused turnovers … netted season-high two goals during Week One against Team Glynn … opened season with three caused turnovers against Team Read.
2021 Season: Finished season with 1,366 leaderboard points with 100 or more points in a game eight times, including final five contests … accrued 1,170 win points, which was tied for fourth in the league … scored seven goals with five assists during inaugural season … set season high with two goals against Team Read on Aug. 7 … also attempted season-high five shots in 11-10 setback … registered season-high five ground balls against Team Wood on Aug. 6 … fashioned season-high 133 leaderboard points against Team Read on Aug. 7 and against Team Arsenault on Aug. 15.
International Experience: Member of the United States Women’s National Lacrosse Team from 2011-15 … helped Team USA win a Gold medal at 2011 FIL Women’s Under-19 World Lacrosse Championship in Hanover, Germany.
Other Professional Experience: Scored eight goals in 10 games with the Long Island Sound during the 2016 United Women’s Lacrosse League season … also played two seasons with the New York Fight of the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League … member of 15-player team that traveled to Japan in November 2018 with the WPLL to help grow the sport around the world.
At Maryland: Four-year letter winner for the Terrapins who appeared in 90 games from 2012-15 … scored 155 goals with 78 assists during her career … also tallied 81 ground balls with 72 draw controls and 36 caused turnovers … member of 2014 and 2015 NCAA Championship teams … First-Team IWLCA All-America and All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection as a junior after ranking sixth in the nation with 92 points … also completed 2014 campaign as the 12th-leading scorer in NCAA Division I with 60 goals … tallied 32 goals with 32 assists while starting all 21 games at midfield as a senior … earned spot on 2015 NCAA Championship All-Tournament Team … scored 25 goals with 20 assists during sophomore campaign while playing in 23 games … started all 23 games as a freshman and received IWLCA Second-Team All-Region honors.
