Biography
Personal: Currently works as an assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Stony Brook … also served as an assistant coach at Syracuse University for two years … was a competitive gymnast for most of her life … played lacrosse with her sister, Shayna, for most of her career from middle school through their professional careers … passionate about nutrition, cooking and baking along with working out … has an Instagram account about food and fitness … other hobbies include walking and listening to wellness and sports podcasts … has had five dogs at one time and currently owns a poodle and black lab puppy.
2022 Season: Second-year performer who started 6-of-12 games on defense … finished with 766 leaderboard points, including season-high 129 points against Team Johansen in Week Two opener … scored a goal in back-to-back games against Team Arsenault (July 31) and Team Apuzzo (Aug. 4) … caused two turnovers in a game three times, including final two contests … also had two caused turnovers in Week One finale against Team Glynn.
2021 Season: Registered 730 leaderboard points during inaugural season with three games of 100 or more points … scored two goals with four assists in 15 games … set season high with 129 leaderboard points against Team Arsenault on Aug. 15.
International Experience: Member of 2015 United States Under-19 training team … made her debut with the Senior National Team at the 2018 Fall Classic … also participated in 2021 USA Lacrosse Fall Classic … member of training team for Team USA’s 2022 World Championship squad.
Other Professional Experience: Scored six goals with three ground balls and two caused turnovers while playing for the Upstate Pride in the 2019 Women’s Professional Lacrosse League season.
At Florida: Four-year letter winner for the Gators who started 80-of-81 games from 2016-19 … seventh on Gators’ career games played and games started lists … finished career with 215 points, including 154 goals and 61 assists … also amassed 98 ground balls and 102 draw controls, a mark that ranks ninth all-time at Florida … ranks seventh on Florida’s career goals ledger while holding a share of seventh place on career goals list with her sister, Shayna … two-time Third-Team IWLCA All-America selection … also received Honorable Mention All-America recognition twice from Inside Lacrosse … three-time IWLCA All-Region honoree … First-Team All-American Athletic Conference pick as a senior … also honored with a pair of All-BIG EAST First Team commendations … co-recipient of 2018 BIG EAST Midfielder of the Year award … owns share of Florida single-game records with six assists and 11 points against Vanderbilt on May 2, 2019.
