In this episode, AU Pro Lacrosse attacker Sam Geiersbach breaks down the mental health programming ran by AU Pro Volleyball athlete and mindset coach, Alisha Childress. Geiersbach touches on the mental demands of an AU season, the solutions and practices developed in the session to overcome those demands, and her own experience applying them during the 2023 Lacrosse season.
