Caroline Wakefield signs for 2024 AU Pro Lacrosse season

Wakefield, who led the league with 33 ground balls, established a new single-game record with nine ground balls on Aug. 6, 2023 against Team Apuzzo. She holds the league’s career record with 87 ground balls across three seasons. She also has 50 career caused turnovers, which ranks first on the ledger. 

The defender was an Inside Lacrosse Third-Team All-America selection while at the University of North Carolina in 2021.
