Biography
Personal: Kayana Traylor is the daughter of Jeff Walker and Danielle Traylor. Her mother played basketball at LSU. She has three sisters. Her sister, Ashlyn, played basketball at Radford from 2022 to 2024 before transferring to Stephen F. Austin. Her sister, PáShence Traylor-Walker, played basketball at Radford from 2023 to 2025 after starting her college career at Central Arizona College. Her sister, Adelyn Traylor-Walker, is a redshirt sophomore guard on the Radford women’s basketball team. She majored in criminology at Virginia Tech.
Other Professional Experience: Kayana Traylor was the No. 23 overall selection by the Chicago Sky in the 2023 WNBA Draft. She signed with the Minnesota Lynx on June 26, 2023, after being waived by Chicago. She appeared in eight games with Minnesota during her rookie campaign. She tallied eight points, including four points against Dallas on July 12, 2023. She has also played overseas in Africa, France, Israel, and Turkey.
