Isabelle Harrison

Personal: Isabelle Harrison is a member of Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball’s Player Executive Committee. She studied communications at Tennessee and also earned a master’s degree in agricultural leadership.  She has a Mini Yorkie named Prince and played volleyball in high school.  She has 11 siblings, two of her older brothers, D.J. and David, played basketball overseas, and her older sister, DeeDee, was an Honorable Mention All-America volleyball player at Tennessee from 2008-2012 and ranks eighth on the Lady Vols’ career blocks list. Her father, Dennis, was a 10-year NFL veteran who played for four different teams (Philadelphia, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco, and Atlanta). Her sister, Dorie, played college basketball at Lipscomb and Kentucky and joined the Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball roster for the 2024 season. Isabelle enjoys cooking, home decor, and finding new restaurants to visit. If she wasn't playing basketball, she would be a personal stylist or volleyball player. She lists former Tennessee head women’s basketball coach Pat Summitt and former Tennessee assistant coach Dean Lockwood as people who have made a difference in her life and describes herself as a foodie. As a child, she was involved in music and ballet.

2024 Season: Harrison ended her third Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball season with 3,194 leaderboard points and tied for 10th in the league with 90 MVP points. She was one of five players in the league to register 700 or more leaderboard points in a game during the season and joined Odyssey Sims as the only players in the league with 800 or more leaderboard points in a single contest. She appeared in nine games with two starts and averaged 12.8 points and 4.3 rebounds per contest. She was fifth in the league with a .517 field goal percentage and posted four double-digit scoring performances. She earned an MVP 1 distinction in the Week Three opener against Team Mitchell after scoring a career-high 41 points to become the first player in league history with multiple 40-point games during their career. She made 16-of-22 shots from the field while matching her career-high with 13 rebounds and became the fourth player in league history to amass 800 or more leaderboard points in a game after garnering 832 leaderboard points against Team Mitchell, the third-highest single-game total in league history. She finished Week Three with a 16-point performance against Team Gray, including a perfect 10-for-10 effort from the charity stripe and converted 6-of-9 field goal attempts against Team Gray on March 10 as part of a 14-point effort.

2023 Season: Harrison placed sixth on the final leaderboard with 5,687 points and ranked third in the league with 2,967 stat points while tying for fourth with 420 MVP points. She tied for fourth in the circuit with seven Game MVP awards, including three MVP 1 distinctions and three MVP 3 commendations. She reached 500 leaderboard points in a game five times, including a career-high 683 points against Team Cole in the Week One finale. She compiled a 2-4 record as a captain during Week Two and Week Five. She led the league with a .542 field goal percentage and 147 made field goals over 15 games, and was second in the circuit with 271 field goal attempts. She finished fourth in the league in offensive rebounds (35), defensive rebounds (95) and total rebounds (130), and ranked seventh in the league with 51 drawn fouls. She was the league's third-leading scorer with a 23.3 point per game average and tallied 20 or more points in nine of 15 games, including three outings with 30 or more points. She was one of two players in the league to reach the 40-point plateau in a game after setting an Athletes Unlimited career-high with 40 points against Team Smith in the Week Two opener, where she made 15-of-23 shots from the field along with converting 10-of-11 foul shots while grabbing 12 rebounds. She closed the season with three double-double performances in the final five games, netting 16 points and grabbing a career-high 13 rebounds against Team Sims on March 17. She also tallied 24 points with 12 rebounds in the Week Five opener against Team Sims and finished the season with a 23-point, 12-rebound showing against Team Hillmon.

2022 Season: Harrison was the inaugural Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball Defensive Player of the Year, started all 15 games, and was named to the league's All-Defensive Team. She finished third on the Athletes Unlimited leaderboard with 5,373 points and earned 400 or more points in a game five times, including 550 points on February 4 against Team Cloud. She was the fifth-leading scorer in the league with a 19.3 average and ranked fourth in total points (275), field goals made (113), and total rebounds (110). She tied for third in the circuit with 83 defensive rebounds and also accrued 27 offensive rebounds, which ranked sixth in the league. She ranked third in the league with 33 steals and registered three or more steals seven times, including a season-high four thefts on February 16. She tied for third in the league with eight game MVP awards and scored in double figures 13 times, including six 20-point efforts. She also had four double-doubles during her inaugural campaign. She opened the season with back-to-back 20-point performances, recording 21 points in the season opener against Team Mitchell and then a 20-point showing against Team Russell two nights later. She set a season-high with 29 points on 12-of-22 shooting from the field against Team Brown in the Week Two opener, where she added a season-high 12 rebounds. She made 10-of-14 shots from the field in a 24-point effort against Team Cloud on February 4, and also grabbed eight rebounds with five assists. She nearly posted a double-double in Week Three against Team Brown with 25 points and nine rebounds and also drew a season-high five fouls. She matched her season-high with 29 points on 12-of-18 shooting from the field in Week Five against Team Hawkins and also converted all five free throws.

Other Professional Experience: Harrison is a seven-year WNBA veteran who started 102 of 203 games in her career from 2016-24. She averaged 8.2 points and 4.7 rebounds per game during her career and was selected with the No. 12 overall pick by the Phoenix Mercury in the 2015 WNBA Draft. She appeared in 26 games with the Mercury during her rookie season and averaged 8.5 points and 5.1 rebounds per contest. She started 33 of 34 games with San Antonio in 2016 and averaged a career-high 11.4 points per game. She spent four seasons with Dallas, opening 63 of 107 appearances and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds against Chicago on September 23, 2021. She matched her career-high with 10 rebounds in three games during the 2022 campaign and was named the 2019 Associated Press WNBA Comeback Player

At Tennessee: Isabelle Harrison was a two-time Honorable Mention All-America selection, averaging 9.6 points and 6.9 rebounds per game during her 112-game career. She was a four-time All-Southeastern Conference performer and led the Lady Vols to three NCAA Elite Eight berths, two SEC Tournament championships, and two SEC regular-season crowns. She ranks 43rd in Tennessee history with 1,071 career points and was named the 2014 SEC Tournament MVP. Additionally, she earned Academic All-SEC distinction four times and led the Lady Vols in scoring as a senior with a 12.2 average.
