Amanda Anderson is in her 13th year at ESPN, where she started as an intern in production in 2010.

 

In her role, Anderson serves as the editorial liaison for external social platform relationships (e.g., Meta) and coordinates the management of pivotal audience expansion brands (e.g., espnW, ESPN MMA, ESPN Ringside). She oversees all social operations, including women’s sports coverage, ESPN+ social engagement, and major initiatives such as the ESPN Creator Network. Anderson also spearheads the expansion of women’s sports and female audiences across various sport verticals, managing social strategy for ESPN+ content like MMA, boxing, and ESPN Films, as well as directing social team operations.

 

She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in broadcast journalism.
