Sam Landry is a 5-foot-10 professional softball pitcher from Mont Belvieu, Texas. She was acquired in the 1st Round of the 2026 Expansion Draft following a collegiate career at Louisiana and Oklahoma.

2026 AUSL Regular Season (Portland Cascade): Landry compiled a 4-3 record with one save and a 4.38 earned run average, tallying 26 strikeouts over 32.0 innings. She ranked second on the team with three complete games. On June 13, against Utah, Landry allowed one run on eight hits with a season-high five strikeouts in a complete-game victory. She threw a complete-game shutout against Oklahoma City in the home opener on June 18, scattering four hits with five strikeouts in a 3-0 victory. On June 26, against Texas, she led Portland to a 5-1 victory, conceding one run on two hits with four strikeouts in a complete-game effort. Landry also earned a win in relief against Texas on July 18, throwing 3.0 innings with three strikeouts in a 10-1 triumph, and secured a save on June 15 by recording the final two outs in a 3-2 win over Utah.
2025 AUSL All-Star Cup: Collected 644 leaderboard points over four appearances, posting a 4.00 ERA with seven strikeouts.
2025 AUSL Regular Season (Volts): Ranked second in the AUSL with eight starts, compiling a 1-5 record with a 4.85 ERA and 21 strikeouts.
