USA Volleyball has announced the 15-player roster that will represent the U.S. Women’s National Team during the opening week of the 2026 Volleyball Nations League in Quebec City, Quebec.

The Volleyball Nations League features 18 national teams competing across three weeks of preliminary-round play. Each team will play four matches per week, with the top eight teams advancing to the Final Round.

The Week 1 roster includes 13 athletes with previous VNL experience and will be led by head coach Erik Sullivan.

Four Athletes Unlimited Pro Volleyball players earned spots on the opening-week roster: Micha Hancock, Morgan Hentz, Molly McCage, and 2025 AU Pro Volleyball Champion Jordan Thompson.

The United States opens tournament play on June 3 against Ukraine before facing Canada, France, and Germany during the first week of competition.
