MLV Announces 2026 All-League Teams Ahead of Championship Weekend

Major League Volleyball has announced its 2026 All-League Teams, recognizing 14 players across the First and Second Teams ahead of the postseason. Ten of those honorees will be in action during the MLV Playoffs, which begin May 7 at Comerica Center in Frisco, Texas.

The Indy Ignite and Dallas Pulse each lead the playoff field with four All-League selections apiece. Indy’s group includes Lydia Martyn, Elena Scott, Azhani Tealer, and Mia Tuaniga. Dallas’ selections include Mimi Colyer, Sofia Maldonado-Diaz, Natalia Valentin-Anderson, and Layne Van Buskirk. The San Diego Mojo adds two selections in Marin Grote and Shara Venegas, while the Omaha Supernovas enter the postseason without an All-League honoree.

In addition to its All-League selections, MLV announced its individual awards for 2026.

  • Outside Hitter of the Year: Mimi Colyer, Dallas Pulse
  • Setter of the Year: Mia Tuaniga, Indy Ignite
  • Middle Blocker of the Year: Lydia Martyn, Indy Ignite
  • Libero of the Year: Elena Scott, Indy Ignite
  • Opposite Hitter of the Year: Azhani Tealer, Indy Ignite
  • Rising Star Award: Kiara Reinhardt, Omaha Supernovas
  • Most Inspirational Player: Aiko Jones, Atlanta Vibe

The postseason opens with single-elimination semifinals on May 7, as No. 1 Indy faces No. 4 Omaha, and No. 2 Dallas meets No. 3 San Diego. The winners will advance to the championship match on May 9 at Comerica Center.
