Forward Maddy Siegrist returns to AU Pro Basketball for 2025 season
Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball has re-signed forward Maddy Siegrist to compete in the 2025 season in Nashville, Tennessee.
Siegrist was one of the top newcomers last season and finished 12th on the final leaderboard. She was fifth in the league in stat points, started in all 12 games, and averaged 19.6 points an outing. Siegrist dropped a 20-piece in five games and was incredibly efficient. She shot 50% from the field and 42.1% from beyond the arc.
The 6-foot-2 forward greatly impacted her teams through her rebounding efforts; she averaged 8.5 rebounds an outing. Siegrist led the league in offensive boards with 43 and is one of only three athletes to log 100 or more total rebounds in 12 games.
Siegrist was selected by the Dallas Wings with the No. 3 overall pick in the 2023 WNBA Draft. She saw significant time in her second year with the Wings, appearing in 27 games with 13 starts. A Villanova Basketball alum, Siegrist was the first player in program history to earn All-America status. She graduated as the Wildcats’ all-time leading scorer and second in rebounds.
