Meet the 2023 Softball Week 5 Teams

Alexander (1,780 points) led her team to another perfect week to hold the No. 1 spot on the leaderboard. She pitched 8.2 innings in Week Four with 10 strikeouts. Her 1.53 ERA ranks second in the league this season.

An undefeated week by Alexander’s squad pushed three of her Week Four teammates into the Top 4.

Danielle Gibson (1,534 points) sits 246 points behind Alexander. Gibson had three hits, including a double and a home run, and three walks. She earned MVP 1 and MVP 3 honors through three games.

Hannah Flippen (1,476 points) picked up the most points of any athlete in Week Four. She had five hits and drove in seven runs, capped by a grand slam in Sunday’s game against Team Nickles. Her efforts earned her MVP 1 and MVP 2 honors for 100 additional points.

Alyssa Denham (1,428 points) tallied the second-highest total to earn the No. 4 spot on the leaderboard. She posted nine shutout innings for Team Alexander and held opponents to just three hits throughout the weekend.
