Ross is fascinated by gender conversations, generational influences, youth empowerment, community development and education. She is a Pro Ambassador for non-profit Athlete Ally, an organization that provides public awareness campaigns, educational programming and tools and resources to roster inclusive sports communities.
Ross has spent 13 seasons playing internationally. She has played in Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Finland, Romania, Israel, Switzerland, Australia and France.
