2022 Season: She compiled 2,935 leaderboard points during the inaugural AU Pro Basketball season to earn 26th place on the final leaderboard. She appeared in eight games before missing the remainder of the season with an injury. Russell averaged 13.6 points and 8.1 rebounds per contest. She also shot 47.7 percent from the field while posting six double-digit scoring efforts. She grabbed 10 rebounds in a game three times, including a pair of 11-rebound efforts against Team Sims on January 26 and Team Cloud on February 2. She opened the season with a double-double against Team Sims, scoring 10 points with 11 rebounds while drawing a season-high six fouls. Russell registered a 15-point, 10-rebound double-double against Team Carrington during Week One. She made 5 of 12 field goal attempts in addition to a 5-for-6 effort at the free throw line. She posted back-to-back 20-point performances against Team Mitchell on January 29 and against Team Cloud on February 2.
