Bree Hall
Biography
Personal: Hall is the daughter of Bryan and Lashauna Hall and has one younger sister named Brooklyn. Her cousin, Tre Williams, played basketball at Duquesne. Her cousin, Nate Johnson, played basketball at Akron. She majored in sport and entertainment management at South Carolina. She was honored as Miss Basketball by the Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association in 2021 after averaging 25.6 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 3.3 steals per game at Wayne High School. She finished her scholastic career as Wayne High School’s all-time leading scorer.
Other Professional Experience: Hall was selected by the Indiana Fever with the No. 20 overall pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft. She was acquired by the Golden State Valkyries after being waived by the Fever. She appeared in four total games, including three contests with Golden State.
At South Carolina: Hall was a four-year letter winner at South Carolina who ranks third in school history by appearing in 147 games from 2022-25. She was a starter in all 76 games during her final two seasons. She piloted the Gamecocks to a pair of NCAA Division I titles and averaged 5.8 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. She ranks sixth in program history with a .369 three-point field goal percentage (131-of-355). She was a member of the 2024 Southeastern Conference Community Service Team and also earned SEC Academic Honor Roll notice during all four years. She contributed 6.3 points per game as a senior while grabbing a career-best 3.0 rebounds per outing. She enjoyed her best offensive season during the 2023-24 campaign by posting a 9.2 scoring average. She also shot a career-high 44.0 percent from the field, including a .385 clip from three-point range. She authored 16 double-digit scoring efforts while guiding South Carolina to a program-record 38 wins along with SEC regular season and tournament titles in addition to the NCAA championship.
