
Recap: Crystal Bradford leads Team Bradford to 84-78 victory over Team Harris
NASHVILLE — Guard Crystal Bradford scored 24 points and added a game-high 14 rebounds as Team Bradford secured an 84-78 victory over Team [Tyasha] Harris in the penultimate game of the 2025 Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball season at Nashville Municipal Auditorium on Sunday afternoon.
The win elevated Team Bradford’s record to 2-1 for the week, while Team Harris dipped to 1-2.
Bradford, who closed the season with four consecutive double-double efforts, was 10-for-24 from the field, including a 2-of-11 effort from three-point range, while making both of her free throws. The Central Michigan product also tallied two steals with two assists en route to claiming MVP 3 distinction and a game-high 520 leaderboard points.
Forward G’mrice Davis chipped in 10 points with eight rebounds, while guard Dyaisha Fair contributed 12 points and five rebounds off the bench. Guards Kierstan Bell and Lexie Brown each tallied 11 points apiece in the victory.
Forward Maya Caldwell paced Team Harris in the setback with a season-high 27 points while adding 12 rebounds and six assists. Caldwell was 9-of-19 from the field, including a 5-for-7 showing from long range, while sinking all four free throws and was named the game’s MVP 1 selection.
Guard Rebecca Harris followed with an MVP 2 commendation after scoring a career-high 19 points on 7-of-15 shooting from the field, including a 4-for-8 effort from beyond the arc.
Guard Sydney Colson also scored in double figures with a 10-point performance while adding four rebounds and four assists.
KEY MOMENT
Trailing by a 38-37 margin in the closing seconds of the second quarter, Team Bradford scored 11 of the game’s next 15 points to secure a 48-42 lead on a Davis lay-up with 7:31 remaining in the third period. Team Harris trimmed the margin to 79-74 with 2:55 left in regulation, but a Brown jumper and Bradford three-pointer sealed the victory.
LEADERBOARD IMPACT
Caldwell moved into fourth place on the leaderboard and will be in contention for medalist honors after ending the season with 4,860 points. Bradford, meanwhile, remains in third place after closing with 5,304 leaderboard points.
