Asia Taylor is set to rejoin Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball this winter after wrapping her campaign with Criollas de Caguas in Puerto Rico this fall. Taylor played a significant role for Criollas, averaging 28 minutes with 19.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game.

Taylor competed in the 2025 AU season and finished 14th overall on the leaderboard with 3,598 points. She started in six of her twelve appearances and averaged 9.9 points and 5.1 rebounds while shooting 47.7 percent from the field. Taylor reached double figures in scoring five times, including a season-high 21 points to open Week Three against Team Bradford. She also surpassed the 400 leaderboard point mark in a game five times during the season.

Her professional career includes five seasons in the WNBA after being selected by Minnesota with the No. 36 overall pick in the 2014 draft. Taylor appeared in 76 games across stints with Minnesota, Connecticut, Washington, Indiana, and Phoenix. She posted 2.2 points and 1.6 rebounds per game during her time in the league and recorded a season-best 10 points as a rookie with the Lynx.

Taylor has built a lengthy international resume with stops in Italy, Israel, South Korea, Australia, Hungary, Spain, France, and Puerto Rico. She won a WNBL championship with the Sydney Flames in 2017 and later led Explosivos de Moca to a league title in Puerto Rico, earning Finals MVP honors. Her season with Moca included 21.7 points, 11.4 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per outing.

Before going pro, Taylor was a five-year letterwinner at Louisville. She appeared in 132 career games and helped lead the Cardinals to a Final Four appearance in 2013. Taylor earned First Team All-American Athletic Conference honors and was recognized as the league’s Most Improved Player after averaging 10.8 points and 7.2 rebounds as a redshirt senior.

Taylor has built a diverse domestic and international resume thus far, and now she’s set to bring her veteran presence back to the court in Nashville for her second AU Pro Basketball season.

AU Pro Basketball returns to Nashville, Tennessee, with elite talent and electrifying energy, for its fifth championship season on February 4, 2026, at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium. Tickets for the upcoming season are available now.
