Personal: Arsenault started playing lacrosse at the age of 10. She played three sports in high school, including hockey, field hockey, and lacrosse at New Hampton School. Her hobbies include running, yoga, spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, trying different coffee shops, and being outdoors. Arsenault credits Boston College women’s lacrosse coaches Acacia Walker-Weinstein and Jen Kent, as well as Syracuse head women’s lacrosse coach Kayla Treanor, as people who have made a difference in her life. She wears the number 18 in honor of her dad, Jamie, who wore the number during his college baseball career at Colby College. Arsenault also owns Dempsey Arsenault Lacrosse, a training business in San Diego.
