Points are automatically earned when you perform various actions in Athletes Unlimited. For example, you get 500 points just for using the App once a day.

- Unlocking Rewards: Accumulate enough points to unlock valuable rewards and money-can’t-buy experiences. Better still, points are not deducted when you claim these benefits. However, to give every user – new and old – an equal chance to claim rewards, your points will only start accumulating against new rewards once that reward becomes active.
- Higher Rankings: The more points you collect, the higher your ranking and Athletes Unlimited prestige. Each fan starts with an Undrafted Free Agent ranking. All points earned throughout the season are automatically reset back to zero at the end of each season, giving them a maximum one-season shelf life.
- Weekly Leaderboard and End of Season Major Prize: The user with the most points at the end of each week and also at the end of the season (see more details in next question) will win a prize. A user can only win the weekly prize one week per season. Weekly points reset each round to allow all users an equal chance of winning the prizes, while your points will continue to accrue for the end of season prize.
In the Rewards section, you will find different rewards on offer from Athletes Unlimited and our partners. Each reward has its own points value. You can only unlock a reward once you’ve obtained the required points value by performing the various actions outlined above. Please note that in some cases you will be responsible for the shipping cost to receive your reward.
Your points will start accumulating for that reward only when the reward becomes active. When you claim a reward, your points will not be deducted. Once you have unlocked your reward, you will automatically receive a redemption notice explaining how to access your reward.
There will be one grand prize at the end of each season. The weekly prize will be awarded to the eligible user who earns the most points after each week. There is a limit of one weekly prize per fan. If you’ve earned the highest accumulated points by the final day of a season at 11:59 p.m. ET, you’ll be crowned our season prize winner. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
To give every user – new and old – an equal chance to claim rewards, your points will only start accumulating against new rewards once that reward becomes active. So if a new reward valued at 10,000 points goes online today and you already have 15,000 points in your Fan Card, these points will not go towards unlocking that reward. You have to start collecting the required points from that reward’s activation time. Existing points can be used for other incentives like pre-existing rewards, increasing your Athletes unlimited user ranking or working towards winning the grand prize of: season tickets to any 2022 Athletes Unlimited season, a signed item by all 56 players, a lacrosse t-shirt, Nike jacket, and more!
Polls are a great opportunity for an easy 1,000 points but they don’t last long. Polls are only live for a limited time so you’ll need to get in quick for those valuable points. If it doesn’t automatically appear when you open your app, you can manually refresh your newsfeed by swiping down on your newsfeed, if the poll is still available, it will appear but if you can’t see it, you missed out this time.
Each day you receive three (3) free spins in the Play&Win. Line up three (3) matching icons to win points or an instant win voucher from our partners. You will receive points depending on which icons you match up on your spin.
Exclusive Athletes Unlimited videos can be purchased via the Newsfeed section, the Video section in the side Fan Card menu and from the Video tab on the Match Details page. Each premium video has an associated token value to unlock it. If you don’t have enough tokens, you can buy more from the Tokens section in the side Fan Card menu. Once a video is purchased, it will become unlocked and viewable. All unlocked videos can be accessed from the Fan Card Side Menu > Video > Unlocked tab. No liability will be accepted for the incompatibility of Videos with any mobile phone or device.
You can go to the Fan Card Side Menu > Settings > Push Notifications. For iOS devices, your push notifications will only work if your phone’s push notifications for Athletes Unlimited are also switched ON. Go to your device’s Settings > Notifications > Athletes Unlimited > Allow Notifications – toggle to ON.
To be eligible to win the weekly and season prizes, you can only have one active account with a unique email address and mobile phone number.
You can easily contact us by using the Leave Feedback option in the side Fan Card menu. Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible about your question, plus your full name and the exact item that you’re enquiring about. We will aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
Simply click on the People section in your side Fan Card menu to Invite friends, Discover other Athletes Unlimited users to follow, and check who your current followers are and whom you are already following yourself.
Easy – just ‘Unfollow’ them from your Fan Card side menu by selecting the People option, clicking on Followed, then clicking on the related user to unfollow them. This will automatically remove them and their posts from your Followers and Newsfeed.

In the Flash Sales section, you will find offers available from Athletes Unlimited and our partners. These Flash Sales are generally available for a limited time only and have limited quantities. Each Flash Sales item will have an associated token value. If you don’t have enough tokens, you’ll need to purchase them by tapping the Tokens section in the side Fan Card menu. Once your Flash Sales item is unlocked, you will automatically receive a redemption notice sent to your email address and it can also be found in your Redeem section in the Fan Card menu, clearly explaining how to access your reward.

No. Points are only awarded for opening and accessing various features across the App.
Tokens are simply the ‘electronic currency’ used to buy items on Athletes Unlimited like Flash Sales, Premium Videos and league or sponsor experiences. You can purchase tokens from your Fan Card using your credit or debit card. Points are values automatically awarded to Athletes Unlimited users based on your App activities. Points are not deducted when you claim any benefits. However, all points earned throughout the season are automatically reset back to zero at the end of each season, giving them a maximum one-season shelf life. Tokens expire on December 31 of the following year after being purchased, meaning they have a maximum two year shelf life.
To upgrade your membership, select ‘Membership’ in the menu and click ‘Change Plan’. Confirm your payment details and new plan to upgrade. Membership fees are prorated based on your renewal date.
When you purchase the Unlimited Club membership, Athletes Unlimited has taken the unprecedented stance to support their athletes by immediately passing 10% of the proceeds to an athlete bonus pool to be divided among the players.
No. Although you can share the membership with another person, this means you both will share your seat on the Fan Council and will have one combined vote.
If you are a Pro, MVP or Captain-level member, you can access the MVP Vote by entering the Scores section of the app and then clicking into the Game you are watching. The MVP Vote link is accessible in the Drop Down (Crown) button after the completion of the game.
If you are a MVP or Captain-level member, you will receive an email following the Weekly Draft with your exclusive link to join the Post-Draft Meet & Greet.

Yes, your membership will automatically renew one year from the day you originally signed up.
We do not offer the ability to downgrade your membership during your current membership period. However, you can change your plan to a lower tier to take effect upon your renewal date. For example, if your renewal date for your Captain membership is July 19, 2022 and you change your plan to become an MVP, your new plan will begin on July 19, 2022.
